📝 Terms and Conditions –

Before submitting your application, please read the following terms and conditions carefully:

1. Program Duration:
Participants are required to attend the program in full. The program runs for 4 months, full-time, in Riyadh.

2. Full Commitment:
The applicant confirms they are fully available during the program and have no professional, academic, or personal obligations that could affect their participation or availability.

3. No Housing Provided:
The program does not provide accommodation, housing allowance, or transportation allowance for participants coming from outside Riyadh.

4. Professional and Behavioral Conduct:
Participants are expected to engage professionally, show mutual respect within the teams, and maintain a high standard of behavior in the workplace environment.

5. Withdrawal or Breach of Commitment:
If a participant withdraws without an acceptable excuse, or is deemed non-compliant by the host organization, they acknowledge and agree to:
- Repay the full amount received as compensation or reward during their participation in the program.

6. Monitoring and Evaluation:
Participants will be subject to continuous evaluation by the host organization and program coordinators. Necessary actions may be taken in case of repeated remarks or issues.

7. Media Usage:
The participant agrees to allow the use of their image or name in the program’s non-commercial media materials for documentation and promotional purposes.

8. No Employment Guarantee:
Participation in the program does not guarantee employment after its completion, but it aims to build a strong professional profile and potential future opportunities.
